On June 3, the Community Laundry Co-op held its 10th Annual General Meeting at Heartwood House in Ottawa. Incoming Chair of the Board of Directors, Karen Fee, welcomed a group of dedicated members, founders, volunteers and supporters to the event.

Somerset West Community Health Centre is a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides primary health care, health promotion and community development services, using interdisciplinary teams of health providers.

Heartwood House collects donations of computer equipment from the community, and RD Long compensates Heartwood for their efforts. Items are inspected for usability, returned to service whenever possible or recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
